IMPORTANT FIELD TRIP INFORMATION

Important field trip information:


  •    It is highly suggested for students to wear closed toe shoes on this day.
  •    If you will be packing lunch, please use a disposable bag.


       If you are planning to attend our field trip to Old McMicky’s Farm as a chaperone, please send in your additional $8 for costs as soon as possible. Unfortunately we cannot have siblings attend. We will be leaving promptly at 9:30 from the school, so please plan to be at the school prior to this time. Parents will be following the buses to the farm in their vehicles due to minimal space.

Reading: Students will be asking and answering questions to a text, discussing characters and setting descriptions.

Writing: Students will be drawing and writing to narrate events in a story.

Math: Classifying and sorting data.

Science: How are plants alike and different?

Social Studies: Understanding time lines.

Writing: Sharing a whole class writing research project.

Math: Identifying and describing 3D shapes cont. Math test on 3D shapes will be Tuesday. We will be moving onto Unit 13, Measurement.

Science: How are plants alike and different?

Social Studies: St. Patrick's Day

If you did not receive a form, this may be because we have already discussed your child's needs/progress in the past three weeks.
