First day back

We had a great day back after the long break!!!! Students got right back into the learning routine.

Just some quick reminders:

  • Make sure your child is reading at least 15-20 minutes a day (this can be independently reading or being read to by an adult).
***Don't forget about the Book-It program which our class is utilizing as an incentive to read at home!***
(I will be sending home the January reading log form tomorrow).

  • Have your child practice writing at home. Look for proper capitalization , spaces in between words, and punctuation at the end of sentences.
